Life is busy. Paying your utility and cable bills shouldn’t be one more thing to pack into your schedule.  That’s why we have added two additional payment kiosks/payment centers to our Drive Thru and have extended drive thru hours to 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.  We will still have our traditional drive thru teller lanes accessible during normal business hours – Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.  But we understand that sometimes you might need to swing by on your way to or from work or school.

All five of our payment kiosks take both Dalton Utilities and OptiLink payments. Customers may pay with cash or credit card. There is no additional fee. You may choose English or Spanish. The kiosk can scan your account number from your bill, but if you do not have your bill, you will need your account number. Kiosk payments are posted to your account on the same day. You can make a late payment at the kiosk, but if you have received a cut-off notice, call our office at 706-278-1313.

The locations of our payment kiosk (or payment centers as some folks call them) are as follows:

  1. Outside Dalton Utiltiies’ business office at 1200 V.D. Parrott Jr. Pkwy, Dalton.  Open Mon-Fri from 6 am to 6 pm.
  2. Inside Dalton Utilities’ business office at 1200 V.D. Parrott Jr. Pkwy, Dalton. Open Mon-Fri from 8 am – 5 pm.
  3. Inside Loa Bakery at 737 Riverbend Road, Dalton. Open Mon-Sat from 8am – 9pm and Sunday from 8am – 8pm.
  4. Inside La Providencia at 1300 Underwood Street, Dalton. Open Mon-Sat from 8 am – 9 pm and Sunday from 8 am – 8 pm.
