Pay Online and View Account

Dalton Utilities is proud to launch its new online customer account information system,eCare. Using eCare customers may:

- View billing and usage history
- Access information for multiple accounts
- Pay by Credit Card (residential accounts only)
- Pay by Electronic Check

To log in, you only need the account number on your bill. It should look like: 0001234500

Please Note: In order to match your account number to the eCare format, you need to put the last two digits in the second account number box. The beginning three zeros are optional. For example:

Your account number on bill: 0001234500
Account Number Login: 12345-00 or 00012345-00

What goes after the - goes in the second box.

The 'Personal Identification Number' (also called PIN) is the same as your password. There is no need to establish a new password if you have already been using Dalton Utilities' online bill payment feature.
