Side Menu Explained

This is the left hand side menu, as seen when you first log
in. This page explains what each of the links
on this side menu means.
Signoff - Log out of your account when you are done.
Home - Takes you back to online
payment main page (not Dalton Utilities'
main page)
Each of the light rectangles holds a section of
information. When you click on one,
it expands to show a selection of
information or actions to choose.
When you log in, the 'Main' section
is automatically shown expanded.

Main Section Links
Home - Takes you back to online payment main page
List Accounts - List the accounts
that you have, so that you can access
multiple accounts without having
to log on to each one individually.
Change PIN - This is where you change your password.
Signoff - Log out of the online payment site when you are finished. |

Service Section Links
Make a Payment - Begins the online payment process.
Moving? - Make a request to have
your services disconnected if
you're moving.
Current Rates - The best way to get information
about our rates is to call us at (706) 278-1313.
Bank Draft - The document the
customer must complete out to put
account on monthly bank
draft can be found here, along
with additional information required. |

Contact Us - Allows customers
to send us messages on various subjects
(concerns about bills,
turning services on/off, etc).
Help - Brief explanation of the links |

Account Details Section Links
Billing History - Displays billing
history for the past 12 months.
Service Order History - Displays
the history of service orders/actions
associated with the account.
Meter Reading History - Displays
the meter history associated with the account.
Usage History - Displays the usage history.
Your Services - Displays billing
information for all of your Dalton
Utilities' services. |
