Project SHARE
Be a Part of Project SHARE - Neighbors Helping Neighbors!
Project SHARE is a way for the citizens of Dalton, Whitfield and Murray counties to help their neighbors in need. How does Project share work?
Customers agree to add $1, $2, $5 or more to their regular monthly utility bill. Dalton Utilities adds the pledged amounts to customers¹ bills each month. The funds are transferred to the Salvation Army, which administers the money to provide assistance to families in emergency situations.
If you would like to help families in need pay their utility bills, just fill out the form provided and submit it.
Dalton Utilities will then add the amount you pledged to your utility bill each month. At the end of the month, Project SHARE monies will be forwarded to the Salvation Army.
We hope you'll consider joining those individuals and businesses already participating in Project SHARE! Together, we can make a real difference for those who need it most. Click here for the form, then fill it out and mail it to Dalton Utilities with your bill and payment. You may fax the form to (706) 529-1094 or bring it to our office at 1200 V.D. Parrott Jr. Parkway.
Thanks for being a part of this very important program!
