Paying Your Bill

Dalton Utilities offers several convenient ways to pay your utility bill.

1. Bank Draft

Our Bank Draft plan automatically drafts your checking account to pay your utility bill. Bank draft customers receive an itemized bill each month. If there are questions about the bill, bank draft customers have until the "net due" date before their accounts are drafted to resolve any issues. Submit a request to set up a bank draft.

2. Online Payment

Convenient! Pay online with your debit or credit card!

3. Pay By Phone*

Pay your bill by credit card, electronic check, or debit card. To make a payment call 1-877-328-4974.

*A convenience fee of $4.75 will apply for this service. The maximum amount allowed each time is $300, including the fee.
