New exemptions to the current Level Four outdoor watering restrictions go into effect on April 1, 2008.

Under Level Four, all outdoor water use is banned except for exemptions. For a listing of exemptions, click here.
Surcharge imposed for each violation: $500 for residential customers and $10,000 for commercial/industrial customers.
